Stealth Drill

Built for beam machines

Faster holes. Lower noise. Burr-free exits.

No Time for Downtime.

Purpose-built for structural beam lines, the Stealth Drill (IHP-BD / DCN-N-BD) combines a self-centring SUMOCHAM head with a reinforced body to cut clean, accurate holes even on less-rigid beam clamps – quietly and fast.

Why fabricators choose the

Stealth Drill:

  • Burr-free exits that often remove deburring from the process.
  • Low vibration & noticeably quieter cutting for better hole quality.
  • Rapid on-machine head changes (SUMOCHAM self-clamping) to keep spindles turning.
  • MQL-ready internal coolant for efficient chip evacuation.
  • Range: Ø13.5–40 mm; bodies in 5×D and 8×D.

D&H Steel – results on the floor

Very sturdy, less vibration, less noise… we’ve just about doubled the speed of production with our 39 mm drills. No top burr; the bottom disc falls away. Tip changes are about an eighth of the time.”
